By using the HDPE Int. website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the HDPE Int. website and all orders placed with HDPE Int.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.

2. Products and Specifications

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

3. Orders

Placing an Order: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a written order and deposit.
Custom Orders: Custom sizes and specifications are available. Please contact us for details.
Deposit: A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to begin production.
Balance: The remaining balance is due before delivery or shipment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are ex-works (excluding shipping, import duties, and taxes) unless otherwise agreed.
We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed in writing.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We ship products to the agreed port or location.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed port.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Cancellation: Orders cancelled after production has started may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or not as specified.
Defective Products: If a product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Products are sold "as is" without warranty beyond the specific terms agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of HDPE Int. and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of The Netherlands.
